These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mobile Federation website (mobilefederation.com.au) and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

About us

Mobile Federation is a refurbished mobile device retailer trading in Australia. The site is operated by Shing Communication Pty Ltd (ABN 35 149 815 994).

Eligibility

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid delivery address in Australia.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order through our site, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is only confirmed once you receive a dispatch confirmation email. We may cancel an order before dispatch if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. We may change prices, promotions, and product availability at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you complete your order.

Pricing or product errors

We make every effort to ensure that pricing and product information on our site is accurate, but errors can occur. If we identify an error in the price or description of a product after you've placed an order, we will contact you and offer the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Product information

Our refurbished devices are individually inspected, tested, and graded. Photos shown on product pages are representative — the actual device you receive may have minor cosmetic differences within the stated condition grade. Specifications such as battery health, storage, and condition descriptions are accurate as of the time of listing.

Payment

We accept payment by credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely. Mobile Federation does not store your full payment card details.

Refunds and warranty

Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee and 24-month warranty are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Intellectual property

All content on the Mobile Federation website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Shing Communication Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected under Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without our prior written permission.

Account use

If you create an account on our site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for any activity that occurs under your account.

Prohibited use

You agree not to use our site to engage in any unlawful activity, attempt to interfere with or disrupt the site, or place orders using false or fraudulent information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and refuse service to anyone who breaches these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobile Federation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our site or our products. Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
