Lithium batteries naturally degrade over time and are considered a consumable part rather than a warranty defect. If you're experiencing unusually fast battery drain or a sudden capacity drop within the 24-month warranty period, contact us at support@mobilefederation.com.au and we'll diagnose it and either replace the battery or replace the device.
