Refund policy

30-day satisfaction guarantee

If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Simply contact us at support@mobilefederation.com.au with your order number, and we'll email you a free return shipping label.

The device must be returned in its original condition with all original accessories and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned device, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. We don't charge restocking fees.

24-month warranty

Every device sold by Mobile Federation comes with a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing faults and hardware failures that arise during the warranty period.

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us at support@mobilefederation.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. We'll email you a free return shipping label.
  3. Once your device arrives at our facility, we'll inspect aim to repair it within 3 business days.
  4. If we cannot repair thedevice, we'll replace it with the same model. If the same model is unavailable, we'll issue a full refund.

A device that develops a fault within the first few days of delivery is handled through this same warranty process — contact us straight away and we'll prioritise it.

What's not covered by warranty

The 24-month warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage (drops, knocks, cracked screens caused by impact)
  • Liquid or water damage
  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, or unauthorised repair
  • Normal cosmetic wear and tear from use
  • Loss or theft

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restrictsor modifies any consumer rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
