Shipping policy
Where we ship
Mobile Federation ships Australia-wide. We do not currently ship internationally.
Free express shipping
Free express shipping is included on every order, no minimum spend required. Orders are sent via Australia Post Express Post.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 11am AEST on a business day are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 11am, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day. Our dispatch facility operates Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AEST, excluding NSW public holidays.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, Australia Post Express Post typically delivers within 1–3 business days to metropolitan areas. Delivery to regional and remote areas may take longer. All delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and outside Mobile Federation's direct control.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order is dispatched. You can track your order on the Australia Post website using this number.
Signature on delivery
All orders require a signature on delivery for security. If no one is home, Australia Post will leave a card and hold your parcel at the nearest post office for collection. Because of this, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@mobilefederation.com.au and we'll lodge an investigation with Australia Post. We will replace or refund parcels confirmed as lost in transit.
Address changes and cancellations
We process orders quickly. If you need to change your delivery address or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible — we can usually accommodate changes only before dispatch.
