By purchasing an item from Mobile Federation, you indicate that you have read and accepted the below Terms and Conditions.
Payment & Shipping
All orders placed before 10:00am will ship that same business day. All orders placed after 10:00am will be shipped the next business day. Delivery via Australia Express post will generally take 1 to 3 business days to deliver. All delivery times quoted are estimates from Australia Post. We have no control over delays caused by our preferred delivery service.
Warranty
Our 24 months warranty covers all faults and issues that may arise with your device within the warranty period. This does not include damage caused by the user such as drops, physical damage or water damage. For warranty claim, please contact us for our return address. We will repair your device once it arrives at our facility. In the event we cannot repair it, we will replace you with another device. In the event the same device is not available, we will fully refund you.

Mobile federation respects your privacy. As such, any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented or disclosed.

Mobile Federration reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice. We reserve the right to change the site within the World Wide Web at our discretion. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind whatsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.
