What is a refurbished phone?
A Refurbished phone is a gently used phone that has been professionally tested and graded. Our refurbished phones are being graded as below and each grade has a minimum 80% battery health.

Premium = Device looks and works like new. This device comes with minimum 90% battery health. Our most recommended grade.

As New = Device looks like new at first glance. This device shows no visible signs of use.

Excellent = Device shows very minimal signs of use. This device shows only some micro scratches on the screen and/or rear.

Good = Device shows moderate signs of wear. This device shows visible scratches on the screen and/or rear.
What is the warranty?

Unlike many other sellers who can only provide 6 or 12 months warranty, we stand by our products and give you a full 24 months warranty which is the same as all Australian brand new devices warranty. The warranty period begins from the day you receive your device and will be valid up until the very last day of the warranty period. Our warranty covers all faults and issues that may arise with your device within the warranty period. This does not include damage caused by the user such as drops, physical damage or water damage. All warranty will be void if the phone is found to be physical damage, water damaged or tampered with by third party.

Battery performance may vary based on capacity and type of usage. Mobile Federation inspect battery on every single device to ensure it has outstanding battery performance and minimum 80% of their initial charging capacity to ensure the efficiency of the device based on manufacturer specifications. Battery is also covered under our 24 months warranty for additional peace of mind. Lithium Batteries are a serviceable part and will require replacement as they deplete over time, please note in this instance they are not a warranty defect.
